FREE DELIVERY
We offer FREE delivery to UK addresses for orders over £30 (Standard Delivery)
SAME DAY DISPATCH
All orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday go out SAME DAY wherever possible. (we do not ship on bank holidays or weekends)
COLLECTION SERVICE
You can also opt to collect your order from our office in Berkshire, our opening times for collection are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Choose the 'Collect' option when checking out. Collections are strictly by appointment only and must be arranged by emailing us at info@partycherubs.com.

You will receive your parcel within 3-5 working days*
NEXT DAY DELIVERY £7.99
Order before 1pm and your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you by 7pm the next working day* (orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Fri and delivered the next working day being Monday, orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day*) (this is a 'signed for' service).

All orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday go out SAME DAY we do not ship on bank holidays or weekends, courier delivery times are from 8am-8pm unless specified.
For orders placed after 1pm on a Friday your parcel will dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will dispatched the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays, there is no dispatch on the weekend unless requested. The above delivery schedule is for mainland UK addresses and should only be used as a guide, during busy periods or following a bank holiday delivery timescales may be longer. If you live in a remote area or the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.
If a 'safe place' is requested it is the customers responsibility we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or missing parcels.
All shipping time frames including international other than next day are approximate and should only be used as a guide. During busy periods please allow extra time to receive your order.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
For countries that we do not ship to, we are happy for you to arrange delivery from our premises to a freight forwarding agent of your choice , they will need to be based in the UK. Orders delivered to destinations outside the EEC are not subject to UK VAT and the item prices displayed on the website are reduced accordingly.

Your delivery will take an estimated time of 5-10 days from dispatch.
Occasionally for larger orders, the weight can add extra delivery charges. We'll let you know of any additional charges before sending
the item out.
If you wish to order and do not live in one of the countries shown above, please get in touch. We'll check if we can send your parcel out via a different type of delivery but cannot guarantee we will be able to.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days and we will refund you. Please return item(s) in a resalable condition to the following address:
